The Blitz Story

In the beginning, God created man in His own image. Then man discovered fast food, sugar and remote controls. The rest is history. Well, something like that.

The point is, man doesn't eat or live as healthfully as he could. Because we don't eat or exercise like we should, the world is filled with ailing men whose bodies have a higher than normal fat mass, degenerative diseases and just overall poor health. The Blitz set out to do something about that.

As a weight trainer and expert in personal fitness, founder Scott Smith designed and developed The Blitz machines. Scott’s design for the machines allows for bi-directional resistance, which creates the necessary load on muscle groups to burn a high amount of calories in a short period of time.

As a master instructor in martial arts, Scott has incorporated various punching, kicking and striking techniques against heavy bags into the workout.

How The Blitz is Different

Members of The Blitz are cued when it's time to change stations, so there's no waiting to use equipment. Hydraulic resistance is based on speed, so there are no weight stacks to manage. And you determine your own level of intensity.
